Having Ups and Downs is Normal

Having ups and downs is normal.

After I shared about the shifts I'm seeing and progress I'm making yesterday, my mood dipped down into a low again.

This doesn't mean I've regressed. This doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Sometimes this is part of life and part of the process of growth.

Your lows get to exist, just like your highs do.

They are both equally important, potent, and valuable.

What if, instead of making the low mean anything in particular, you just allowed yourself to feel it?

What if you trusted your body to move you through the process in perfect timing?

What if you recognized that this feeling is momentary and leaned into it instead of resisting or telling a story about your current emotional state?
