New Moon in Gemini - May 30, 2022

After a wild eclipse season full of so many twists and sudden changes, today's New Moon in Gemini ushers in an opportunity to begin anew. The last month has been focused on clearing and removing anything that is no longer in alignment with our highest path and where we're meant to go.

For me personally, this was the most intense eclipse season I've experienced in years. The whole last month was action-packed with a ton of unexpected shifts, triggering experiences, and crossroads moments that pushed me beyond my perceived limitations over and over again in the name of expansion, evolution, and growth.

While we are still integrating the events that took place during eclipse season, this Gemini New Moon marks a turning point in the process. We can expect an extra dose of motivation and action-oriented communication as the moon makes a sextile to Jupiter (the planet of expansion, luck, and abundance) and Mars (the planet of action, passion, and forward movement) in Aries.

This strong dose of fire along with the air energy of the Gemini New Moon accentuates and amplifies the actions and intentions we take at this time.

After all, what happens when you put air and fire together? The fire GROWS and IGNITES.

Whatever we start within this time period has a burst powerful amplified energy behind it that will support and accelerate its process to completion. If you've had the idea for a new project or endeavor, this is the time to start building it behind the scenes.

As our mental energy will be heightened with this New Moon and throughout the rest of Gemini season, now is an excellent time to brainstorm ideas, get creative, and find new ways to express yourself.

While we are still in Mercury retrograde until early June, which can affect our ability to communicate and understand/be understood by others, we are coming to the tail end of this transit. Interestingly enough, Mercury is the planet that rules Gemini, which makes sense as both Mercury and Gemini place communication at the forefront.

If you've been experiencing issues with miscommunications or misunderstandings, these will soon be lessening and it will be much easier to get your point across and understand others' points of view.

We have already gained a tremendous amount of clarity through the past month, and more is on the way. If anything still remains unclear for you, trust that it will all come into the light very soon.

While the shifts of the past month or so have felt incredibly heavy at times, this New Moon ushers in a new feeling of lightness and ease that continues into the month of June. While every aspect of this path will not be easy, it feels much different now that we have laid down our burdens and opened our hearts and minds to something brand new.

More to come on that soon! If nothing else today, sink into the feeling that you want to cultivate for the next six months. This is an excellent time for setting intentions, planning, brainstorming, visualizing and daydreaming around what you'd like to create and what's to come.
