Today's New Moon in Leo ignites a fire in our hearts and unlocks the door to fresh starts and new opportunities. The seeds that are planted now will continue to bear fruit over the coming months.
This New Moon, Mercury, and the sun are all together in the sign of Leo as they move through the 7th house of relationships today. This shifts our attention to matters of the heart, how we communicate with those we care about, and what we truly desire moving forward. It can also bring up deep feelings that we've held close to the chest.
This is "shoot your shot" energy and we may see a lot of sudden communication, apologies, and heartfelt confessions coming out of the blue over the next two weeks.
Leo energy is bold, confident, and unapologetic. If there's something you've wanted to say or a passion you feel drawn to pursue, now is the time to make it known.
Jupiter also begins its retrograde motion today, joining Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, Chiron, and the Lunar Nodes.

This combination of energies, between the strong outward expression of Leo and the deep reflective nature of all these retrograde transits provides a perfect balance between our internal and external worlds.
This leaves some of us feeling centered and assured; it can also feel like we're being pulled in opposing directions at once. After all, we're being asked to reflect and to speak/act/shine at the exact same time.
No matter how you're feeling at this time, it's important to trust your gut and the current flow you feel within. If you're feeling called to stay still and reflect internally for a while, that's exactly what will benefit you. If you're feeling called to step up, speak out, and create a new path forward, there's a reason for that as well.
