The Next Level is Here

I’m full of thoughts and so many things to say.

I am seeing myself up-level SO MUCH lately.

Sometimes we think of this as the big, obvious, external wins that we can show off to the world.

Often it’s the deep, private changes that happen within us, how we view ourselves, what we believe is possible, how we show up for life & go after our dreams, and what we tolerate from others around us.
 

THIS is the true uplevel that opens the door for more big, beautiful wins.

I am in awe lately because I’m seeing myself move so differently.
 

I remember the patterns I used to play out.

I remember the feelings that used to drive me into impulsive actions & assumptions.

I remember the girl who used to try to chase, control, predict, or rush the process.

She’s sitting back now and allowing things to come to her.

This has not been an overnight process.
 

It is still going, growing, changing.

And I am so grateful for where I am now. I remember all the places I have been.

I’ve been laughing to myself because the internal shift feels so so big.

There is no need to chase, push, or prove my worth.

There is no need to fret, predict, or control.

Everything is unfolding for me.

It always has been.

I’m ready to surrender and see where it takes me.
