In each session, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to speak what's on your mind and discover new insights into yourself as you walk this journey of self-development. My unique approach utilizes aspects of talk therapy filtered through my intuitive gifts and soul wisdom to facilitate deep healing, personal growth, and fundamental shifts in perspective through the power of guided self-reflection. This heart-based work is supported through energy donations given freely from those who participate in my sessions. It is entirely up to you how much you choose to contribute following your experience. I ask that all energy donations be made within 1 hour of completing your session. Donation-based sessions are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. I reserve the right to refuse or terminate sessions at any time, at my own discretion and according to my intuitive guidance. I especially love connecting with aligned souls who are committed to their healing and personal growth and could use some additional support along their journey.
